Over here, everything is handmade to order in small batches using only the best quality ingredients. From bespoke cakes to gooey brownies, cupcakes to tray bakes, and obviously, Brigadeiros.

About me

 

I’m Renata (also known as Rezinha or Ren). I’m originally from Brazil but I’ve been living in London for the past 10 years. Before I became a pastry chef I was a journalist, more specific working in PR. However, I’ve always loved baking and probably got that passion from both of my grandmas, who were excellent cooks and made the yummiest meals and desserts. 

 

In 2013, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London as a pastry chef. I went straight

to work at The Ritz Hotel as part of the afternoon tea team. After that I worked at Crumbs and Doilies for 6 years. I learned a lot during my time there and met many amazing people who became like a family to me.

 

In 2021, I decided to embark on a new adventure and start my own business making cakes, brownies, tray bakes, cupcakes, and of course, brigadeiros from home.
